The Constitution of “Hussain for Everyone”

Article 1: Name and Objectives

Name: This campaign is called Hussain for Everyone / Hossein for All.

Objectives:

  • Providing humanitarian support to those in need around the world.
  • Improving the quality of life for poor and vulnerable communities, especially Shia communities.
  • Raising awareness about issues of poverty, health, education, and the human and cultural rights of Shia populations.
  • Developing sustainable development projects that contribute to empowering individuals and Shia communities in various parts of the world.

Article 2: Core Principles

Humanity: The campaign aims to provide assistance to every individual regardless of religion, race, or nationality; however, the administration of services is handled by Shia communities worldwide.

Transparency: The campaign operates with full transparency regarding the use of funds and resources, with periodic reports provided to donors and beneficiaries.

Justice: The campaign seeks fairness and equality in the distribution of aid and support to all eligible groups.

Sustainability: The campaign strives to build sustainable development projects aimed at long-term improvement, awareness, education, and outreach.

Independence: The campaign maintains its independence and is not affiliated with any political, religious, or governmental entity. It does not support or promote specific figures or symbols, and does not allow attacks or insults against any figures or symbols. Instead, it calls for cooperation and unity for the sake of humanity.


Article 3: Organizational Structure

Campaign President: Elected by founding members and responsible for managing the campaign and making strategic decisions.

Board of Directors: Consists of members elected by volunteers and beneficiaries, supervising activities and budgets.

Executive Teams: Formed to manage various projects such as education, health, humanitarian relief, and environment.

Volunteers: Any individual may join the campaign as a volunteer according to defined principles and conditions. Volunteers are not allowed to make decisions or use the logo without permission from the President or Board of Directors.


Article 4: Fundraising and Financing

Sources of funding: Donations from individuals, institutions, charitable organizations, as well as cash and in-kind contributions.

Expenditure: All donated funds are allocated exclusively for humanitarian and charitable purposes. Annual financial reports are prepared to show how funds are spent.

The campaign refuses financial support from governmental and political entities, but may cooperate with them in providing humanitarian services and resources.


Article 5: Media, Transparency, and Auditing

  • Annual reports are prepared to show the campaign’s activities, spending, and impact on beneficiaries.
  • All reports are published on the official website, and the campaign is not responsible for information published elsewhere.
  • The logo may only be used in media with prior permission from the administration.
  • Photos used in reports must clearly display the campaign logo (e.g., banners or screens), ensure modest dress for women, and avoid excessive decoration or makeup.
  • Women are not permitted to wear clothing with the campaign logo without Islamic hijab.
  • The campaign cooperates with all media outlets for humanitarian purposes.

Article 6: Membership and Registration

Membership is open to individuals who wish to contribute to the campaign’s activities and projects.

Registration is completed by filling out an application form and committing to the campaign’s principles and direction.


Article 7: Projects and Activities

Types of projects include:

  • Humanitarian relief projects in different regions around the world.
  • Educational and cultural projects to raise awareness and provide essential services.
  • Small project financing programs to support community development.

Project management: Managed by specialized teams, including goal setting, execution planning, and performance evaluation.


Article 8: Rights of Members and Volunteers

  • Right to participation: All members and volunteers have the right to participate in decision-making regarding projects and activities.
  • Right to expression: Members and volunteers have the right to express their opinions and attend monthly meetings.
  • Rights of beneficiaries: Beneficiaries are entitled to receive aid with the highest level of dignity and respect.

Article 9: Decision-Making Mechanism

  • Regular meetings are held to discuss activities, projects, and future plans. All members and beneficiaries may participate.
  • Major decisions are made through voting and must be approved by the majority of the Board of Directors.

Article 10: Amendments to the Constitution

  • This constitution may be amended by the Board of Directors based on proposals from members and volunteers.
  • Amendments are approved through voting, and must receive approval from more than half of the members.
